Heather, geboren in Hinsdale (Illinois), is sinds 1989 een Amerikaanse actrice en TV-regisseuse. Ze is vooral bekend door haar acteerwerk in verschillende soapseries. Haar bekendste rollen zijn 'Victoria Newman' in 'The Young and the Restless', als 'Kelly Cramer' in 'One Life to Live' en 'All My Children', en sinds 2007 als 'Katie Logan' in 'The Bold and the Beautiful'. Met 'The Bold and the Beautiful' heeft ze een recordaantal van 6 'Daytime Emmy Awards' verdiend, de meeste voor een TV-soapactrice.
Heather is sinds 2011 gehuwd met 'James Achor' en hebben samen een zoontje (☼ 28/10/2012).
